ABDL means adult baby diaper lover. This term describes you or someone you know who likes age regression or wearing diapers. Your experience as an adult in this community may be different from others. Some people feel comfort in acting like an adult baby.

Adult nappies are commonly called adult diapers in North American English. In the UK, Australia, Ireland, and many international markets, the term adult nappies is widely used.

Adult diapers can cost anywhere from about $0.50 to $2.00 or more per piece at retail, depending on the product type, absorbency level, size, pack quantity, and local market. For many users, a practical monthly budget falls between $60 and $240+.

The monthly cost of adult diapers varies widely because every user has different needs. A person with light urinary leakage may only use one or two products per day, while someone managing heavier incontinence may need several changes daily and more absorbent protection overnight.
